Therapy services are offered through individual, family and group services at Quiet Valley Therapy.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a tool for working through a number of traumas, problems, and difficult emotions. It helps release years of pain, connect with someone that cares and helps to build clients up.
Family Therapy
Family sessions may occur between parents and their children or between couples. Sessions seek to build healthy communication skills, improve structure, emotional support, family dynamics and increasing positive interactions.
Group Therapy for Teens
Teen groups focus on topics about anxiety, relationships and life skills. They seek to improve social interactions and the feeling of connectedness as well as self-esteem, self-confidence and self-awareness. Teen groups involve fun activities in a supportive, welcoming and lighthearted environment. The group encourages healthy habits an seeks to provide gentle accountability and encouragement. Snacks and drinks are also provided as a refreshment. Groups are held periodically. Group Therapy for Young Adults
Young adult groups focus on creating connection with women to increase their feelings of support. They seek to allow women a safe space to learn about healthy relationships and communication, ways to reduce anxiety symptoms and building self-esteem, self-confidence and self-awareness. The group encourages healthy habits an seeks to provide gentle accountability and encouragement. Snacks and drinks are also provided as a refreshment. Fees are due at the time of service.
- Individual Sessions: $100 per hour.
- Family Sessions: $150 per hour.
- Group sessions: $30 per person/per group.
