Grounded in natural rhythms
Healing cannot be rushed. My practice bridges evidence-based psychotherapy with somatic nature-connection, at times moving clinical care out of sterile offices and into the restorative pacing of the natural world if that service is preferred.
Whether we meet virtually or walk the quiet valley trails, we honor the organic season your nervous system needs to recover, integrate, and grow.
Clinical depth and care
We offer a warm, honest therapeutic relationship built on clinical expertise, ethical standards, and dedicated somatic training.
